Step 3:
All students, grades 1-8, applying to HCCA are required to take an achievement test. You will be contacted to set up the required testing after we have received the completed online application. A non-refundable testing fee of $75 is due at the time of testing.
Step 4:
Admissions Review Committee
The Admissions Review committee will then review your application and test scores to ensure that the applicant has a strong chance for success at HCCA prior to the admissions interview. The review will occur as soon as possible after the completion of the prior steps.
Step 5:
Once the Admissions Review Committee has approved the application, you will be called to schedule an interview with the Administrator. Both parents are encouraged to attend the interview. Students applying for grades 6-8 are also required to attend the interview. The family or parent interview is a vital part of the admissions process. The interview provides an opportunity to get to know one another more personally and gives you another chance to ask questions. Of high priority to Holy Cross is ensuring that students will not only be able to flourish academically at Holy Cross, but also that the Christian environment of the school will also be a good match for your family.
Step 6:
Once the interview is complete and the non-refundable registration fee is paid, we will provide an enrollment contract for your signature and welcome you to our HCCA family!
