Step-by-step guidance to apply for Holy Cross Christian Academy, from Early Education through Upper School.

We’re excited to welcome your student and family to Holy Cross Christian Academy! Follow these simple steps to start the admissions process. If you have questions at any time, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re here to help.

Pre-K Application Process

1. Complete a Student Inquiry Form & Schedule a Consultation

Click below to complete the Student Inquiry Form, and our Director of Admissions will reach out to schedule a free educational consultation and campus visit. During this meeting, you’ll connect with an administrator to learn more about HCCA and explore how our programs can meet your family’s unique needs.


2. Submit an Online Application

Complete our Online Application and submit the $50 non-refundable application fee. This step provides us with the information we need to evaluate your child for admission.


3. Complete an Enrollment Packet

Once all required documentation and fees are submitted, your enrollment packet will be reviewed and processed. Families will be notified once this step is complete.


4. Receive Your Letter of Confirmation

Your official letter of confirmation will arrive via U.S. mail once the admissions process is complete.

K-12 Application Process

1. Complete a Student Inquiry Form & Schedule a Consultation

Our Director of Admissions will then contact you to schedule a free educational consultation, where you’ll meet with an administrator to learn about HCCA, discuss your student’s academic needs, and explore how our programs can support their growth.


2. Submit an Online Application

Complete the Online Application and submit the $50 non-refundable application fee. This step provides the information we need to evaluate your student, including previous school records and recommendation forms, if applicable.


3. Placement Testing

All students in grades 1–12 are required to take a placement test. You will be contacted to schedule testing after submitting your online application. A $100 non-refundable testing fee is due at the time of testing.


4. Admissions Review

After testing, the Admissions Review Committee reviews your child’s application, records, and test results to ensure they are set up for success at HCCA.


5. Interview

The interview provides an opportunity to get to know your family and ask questions. All parents or guardians are encouraged to attend, and prospective middle and high school students are required to participate.


6. Complete Enrollment Packet & Receive Letter of Confirmation

After the interview and committee review, submit all required documentation and fees to complete your enrollment packet. Once processed, your family will receive an official letter of confirmation via U.S. mail.

Bailey has lived in Burleson her entire life and brings a love for working with people to her role as Director of Admissions. Married with three children, she joined Holy Cross Christian Academy in 2021 and says, “I am so grateful and blessed to call it home.”
