Head of School

After spending 19 happy years in the whimsical world of HCCA Kindergarten, I am thrilled to begin another year at Holy Cross Christian Academy as Head of School. I also have the privilege of sharing God’s love and wisdom with our students by leading chapel everyday. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping students reach the full potential God has planned for them as they develop a personal relationship with Him. Witnessing our students developing into Christian leaders and thinkers is immensely gratifying. I love my job! In my tenure here, I’ve watched Holy Cross grow from a tiny preschool of 45 on Johnson Street to a flourishing school of 240 that serves PreK2.5 through eighth grade, sprawling over 19 acres in the Briaroaks area. It has been a privilege to watch our academic programs develop and strengthen as well as witness the birth of a vibrant athletic program. We have gathered the greatest, most loving staff of any school in our area who truly care about their students; always going above and beyond above and beyond. It is an honor to serve alongside such high quality educators. Away from school, I love being Lolli to our three grandchildren. My husband is Pop. (Get it?!?) My oldest granddaughter is now sharing her days with me here and I am enjoying all the blessings that our sweet school has to offer its students as a grandparent. She, and her cousins, will be legacy students as both of our twin girls graduated from HCCA in 2002 after having attended for 9 years. Holy Cross truly is the best education in the best environment.-
