Faith

Holy Cross Christian Academy is an inter-denominational, independent Christian school.  Our students and faculty are a community of believers from different congregations that are committed to combining a biblical worldview with a rigorous curriculum that will give our students a solid foundation, benefiting the whole student - mind, body and spirit.

Holy Cross Christian Academy students are afforded the opportunity to develop critical thinking skills from a Christian worldview, guiding them into making their relationship with Jesus Christ meaningful in every aspect of their lives.

Student faith is lived out by participating in a daily chapel where spiritual leaders guide students through the entire Bible over a period of five (5) years.  Long lasting relationships between different age groups are nurtured as we celebrate spiritual life together, praying for one another and worshipping together.

All classes participate in an annual Giving Thanks Day offering gratitude to God for helpers in our community.  Projects include Meals on Wheels, area food banks, police and firefighters and even homemade treats for the animals at the Burleson Animal Shelter.  Our 7th grade overnights at Diamond J Boys Ranch and provides volunteer manpower to help with ongoing projects.

It is a joy to invite area pastors to a special chapel service honoring their service to our students.  This is a great opportunity to connect students with churches.

We continually encourage our students to act boldly from their faith and stand up for what they believe.  Holy Cross is the perfect environment to put all that our students are learning into practice.
